Prompt-To-Post (“we”, “us”) provides tools to generate weekly social media content plans, a custom AI assistant, and a prompt library.

What we collect

• Account & Contact: name, email address.
• Payment: handled by Stripe; we do not store full card details.
• Content Inputs: details you submit in forms (business type, audience, platforms, notes).
• Usage Data: page views, device info, and basic analytics.

How we use your data

• Generate and deliver your 7-day social plan and related content.
• Provide access to the Member Hub, AI Coach, and Prompt Library.
• Improve our products and customer support.
• Handle payments, subscriptions, and account management.

Legal basis (GDPR)

• Contractual necessity (to deliver the service you purchase).
• Legitimate interests (product improvement, security, fraud prevention).
• Consent (where required, e.g., marketing emails).

Sharing

We share data with trusted processors only to run our service: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting/security), Google (Apps Script/Sheets), and Make.com (automation). They process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
