1. Service

Prompt-To-Post provides a 7-day social plan service, a custom AI assistant, and a prompt library delivered via the Member Hub.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it. Do not share access beyond your organization without permission.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
• No attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
• No redistribution of content beyond your business use.

5. Intellectual property

All site content, templates, and software are owned by Prompt-To-Post or its licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive license to use outputs for your business marketing.

6. AI outputs

AI-generated content may require human review. You are responsible for final publication and compliance with platform rules and laws.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
